要旨：
Technical(& vocational) education has been identified by the speakers as an important issue on the sustainable and self development capability of the developing countries. The discussions during the session will focus on the impacts of technical and vocational training activities of NGOs and international organizations on the self development effort of the youth in those countries.
The presentation will be based on the preliminary field surveys of the three-year research project conducted by the speakers in Nicaragua and Sri Lanka.

　「途上国の持続的かつ自律的発展を可能とする人材育成の場として技術教育・
職業訓練教育部門に着目し、国際機関・ＮＧＯによる教育協力が地域開発と起業家
育成にもたらした成果について、スリランカとニカラグアを対象に比較検討を試み
る協同研究の中間報告である。」
(昨年実施した現地調査の報告が主な内容となる予定）

　本研究会はあいにく国際開発学会春季大会と日程が重なっておりますが、本研究会
の開催についてはすでに本年１月の時点で予告案内がなされホスト校が準備を重ねて
まいりましたのでやむを得ぬこととご理解ください。また、開催時間につき、当初
14:00～16:30としておりましたが，ホスト校の諸事情のため，例会時間は「13:30～
15:30」と変更させて戴きます．
